Q: Can I live on the property year round?
A: Yes. initially, you would need portable mode, such as RV, bus, tent, camper.
Q: Can I pay cash because I don't use credit cards?
Y: Yes. We can provide you with a mailing address to send a money order or check
or you will be able to pay at the Nevada "N" Ranch office although we
encourage paypal use for safe and accurate billing. You may also make a deposit
directly into our Bank of America account.
Q: What if we are a band or promoter, will we be able to use the
Ranch for our own events and or parties?
A: Yes! Of Course, once again subject to any local or state laws or guidelines!
All members are welcome to use the facilities anytime they want, but notice
should be given to Nevada "N" Ranch to assure availability that no one else has
reserved the Ranch. Only 1 event will be allowed or reserved at a time per
person. There is no cost to members to use the facilities, however, there may be
a charge to cover sanitation, clean up, porta toilets, security., etc.
